Some things you know you'll like from reading the write up (or at least you know that you will if the write up is actually being honest). This was the case with this record. It was compared to a bunch of '90s dirge/sludge rock. Right on. Godflesh, Helmet, Unsane, and Slab! (when not getting funky) come to mind. Thunderous bass fuzz booming. It's got a couple drawn out jammers that almost bring to mind more current purveyors of dirge like Angellic Process, but with less introspection (more in-your-face yelling). It's hand-numbered out of 150 so I'm guessing they won't be around too long. I at least hope that. I also hope it then gets picked up for wider release. These Pittsburgh guys deserve it.
